Our Story

A Tai Chi Gung Teacher in Billerica, MA

My name is Esmeralda Reynolds, and I teach Tai Chi Gung in Billerica, MA. I have practiced for 6 years and taught for 3, and the practice has become my passion. It has helped me physically and emotionally. I am a wife and a mother of three girls, and I hope to share this practice with others.

Tai Chi Gung is for all ages. Daily practice strengthens the legs and improves balance, focus, clarity, calmness, breathing, and overall wellbeing.

My Story

During the COVID shutdown I discovered Circle of Chi. I needed to find myself, and this practice met me where I was. Over the past six years it has transformed my physical health, my emotional wellbeing, my focus, and my family life.

I now share Tai Chi Gung to help others experience the same benefits. Bringing this practice into your life is a gift to yourself and your family.

Classes for Every Age and Mobility Level

Chair exercises help seniors build strength and mobility before progressing to standing exercises. You do the same practice from a seated position, at your own pace, and move to the standing Yin and Yang movements when your legs and balance are ready.

Classes meet three times a week at First Congregational Church, 18 Andover Road, Billerica, MA 01821, with a fourth class outdoors on Friday mornings through the warm weather months, and your first class is free. Esmeralda also teaches private one-to-one sessions for anyone who would rather start away from a group.
